You have the right to delete your FaithFlow AI account at any time. There are two ways to request account deletion — from directly within the app, or by email if you no longer have access.

Delete From Within the App

If you can still access FaithFlow AI, you can delete your account immediately:

  1. Open the FaithFlow AI app on your device.
  2. Go to Profile / Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.

Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted upon confirmation.

Delete by Email Request

If you no longer have access to the FaithFlow AI app, you can request deletion by email. Please send us a message with the following:

Email Deletion Request

After we verify your identity, your FaithFlow AI account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted, except for data that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your user account and profile information (name, email)
  • All saved content — prayers, devotionals, affirmations, and sermon outlines
  • All favorited items and your personal library
  • All Daily Faith Journeys, including devotionals, prayers, action steps, and private evening reflection answers
  • Your Journey Progress (streaks and completion totals)
  • Your free-tier generation usage records
  • Your iOS paid-app entitlement association
  • Your notification preferences and app settings

Data We May Retain

After verification and deletion, your FaithFlow AI account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted, except for data that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes. This may include subscription billing records held by our payment processor (Stripe) as required by applicable financial and tax regulations.

Deletion is irreversible — your data cannot be recovered after it is removed.
