Gold Mountain Ministries ("we", "our", "us") operates FaithFlow AI. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our application.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information (name, email address) provided at registration
- Saved content — prayers, devotionals, affirmations, and sermon outlines you choose to save
- Daily Faith Journey data, including scripture references, devotionals, prayers, action steps, mood and focus-area selections, and private evening reflection answers
- Notification preferences and delivery times you configure
- Free-tier daily generation counts, stored on our servers to enforce the three-per-day limit
- Anonymous usage analytics (event type and content category only — never your prayer text, reflection answers, or mood selections)
- Subscription status and payment-processor identifiers when you purchase Pro (Web/Android only)
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalize the FaithFlow AI experience
- To save your prayers, devotionals, and affirmations
- To send daily scripture and encouragement notifications if you opt in
- To improve the app and diagnose technical issues
4. AI-Generated Content & Third-Party AI Processing
FaithFlow AI uses third-party artificial intelligence services to generate prayers, devotionals, Bible studies, affirmations, and other faith-based content you request.
What is sent: When you use an AI feature, the text you enter — including prompts, questions, topics, and prayer requests — is transmitted to our AI service provider(s) solely to generate your requested response.
How it is collected: This data is collected directly from the text fields you fill in within the app's AI generators and Faith Guidance feature, at the moment you submit a request.
AI providers used: Your prompts may be processed by AI models from providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, accessed through our backend infrastructure provider, Base44. These providers are required to provide equal or greater protection of your data than described in this policy, and do not use your prompts to train models for other customers.
Consent: Before using any AI feature for the first time, you are shown a consent dialog explaining this data processing. AI features are only used after you provide explicit consent, and you may decline at any time.
We recommend you do not enter sensitive personal, financial, or medical information into any AI prompt. We do not sell your prompts or generated content to third parties.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your saved content, journey data, and reflection answers are stored securely and are only accessible to your account. Free-tier daily generation counts are stored on our servers so the limit is enforced fairly across devices; Pro and paid-iOS users do not consume this counter. iOS paid-app entitlement records are stored against your authenticated account so your access persists across sign-out, reinstall, and new devices.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating the app, under strict confidentiality agreements.
7. Children's Privacy
FaithFlow AI is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at goldmountainministries@gmail.com.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
